Once the region of interest (ROI) is drawn, selecting this function will return the distribution values of this ROI.

Number of pixels: the number of pixels inside the ROI.

Mean: the mean value of the pixels’ intensities inside ROI.

Sigma: the standard deviation of the pixels’ intensities inside ROI.

Calculate value lower than: "Insert the upper limit value"

Percentage: Execute the calculated value as a percentage.

Zero Count: This will return how many pixels of value zero exist in this ROI.

Min: the minimum value of the pixels inside ROI.

Max: the maximum value of the pixels inside ROI.
