Algorithm Description

To extend the original phase image by filling the outside of it with a constant intensity.

Zero Filling Phase Images Input

Intensity-Intensity for filling area. It's 2048 by default.
Skip-the slice number increment between two continues input images, the slice number increment for reading next slice in one series, which is 1 by default. i.e., if you only want to subtract odd number images, you should input 2.
Zero filling to-to enter the extended resolution, which shouldn't be less than the original one in three directions.
Process Entire Series-If it was chosen, the entire series which the input images belong to will be processed with function"Zero Filling Phase Images".
Add Radius Hanning filter in Z direction-Add hanning filter in slice direction.
Add Radius Hanning filter in X and Y direction-Add hanning filter in image plane.
Radius_Z-Radius for Hanning filter on the original images in slice direction, which will take effect after you choose "Add Radius Hanning filter in Z direction".
Radius_XY--Radius for Hanning filter on the original images in image plane, which will take effect after you choose "Add Radius Hanning filter in X and Y direction".


Zero Filling Phase Images Output

The resultant are save in the same folder as the original images, and named with the prefix you defined in Input Dialogue.
