The TOB is a binary file containing voxel coordinates for an object (3D ROI). The is written as follows:

Note the first voxel location (x,y,z,t) in an array is an identifier and does not mark an actual voxel

1 int (4 bytes) Unused
1 int (4 bytes) Number of Objects
1 int (4 bytes) L1 = First object array length (# of points * 4)
L1 int (4 bytes) Object array arranged x1,y1,z1,t1 x2,y2,z2,t2...

L2 int (4 bytes) Second object array

1 int (4 bytes) Ln = Last object array length
Ln int (4 bytes) Last object array
1 int (4 bytes) First object number
1 int (4 bytes) First object class
1 float (4 bytes) First object relative anisotropy
1 int (4 bytes) C1 = Number of characters in first object location
C1 char (1 bytes) Array of characters, location of first object
1 int (4 bytes) A1 = Number of characters in first object area
A1 char (1 bytes) Array of characters, area of first object
1 int (4 bytes) Second object number
