High Pass Filter

Designed to provide the detail structures from the phase image. The phase images were high-pass-filtered to remove low-spatial-frequency components.

Algorithm Description

A symmetric central Hanning low-pass K-space filter is created and complex-divided into the original phase image to get a high-pass phase image. The size of the filter can be changed in the input diagram.

Import magnitude and phase images with the same slice number. Process Entire Series is selected by default. You can choose to process one or another exact number of slices. Filter size is set as 32*32 by default. You can change it as the reasonable size as your requirement, but it should be a power of 2. The result is saved as HP-.ima/ HP-.dcm which is the same as your phase image type and set number.
