Algorithm Description

Calculates the Fourier Transform or Inverse Fourier Transform of an image.

FFT Input

Phase Units - Specify the input phase units. If auto determine is selected phase units are determined by finding the minimum and maximum in the phase image. Phase zero is calculated as (maximum - minimum)/2 and phase range is (maximum - minimum).
Transform Parameters - Define to 2D/3D FFT or IFFT, you need to choose by pairs.
Scale image with power law- Applies an exponential or power transform of the form f(x) = x^0.3 to improve contrast in K-space, for visualization only.
Perform FFT shift- Rearrange the outputs of fft by moving the zero frequency component to the center of the array.

FFT Output

Produces the magnitude and phase images after the requested FFT transform.
