Arterial Input Function (AIF)
The position of AIF has short mean transit time (fMTT), short time to the peak (TTP) and high peak value of the concentration time curve (Cmax). We searched all the pixels to find the best 20 pixels that meet the above criteria. Then the concentration time curves of these pixels were averaged, smoothed and truncated to avoid the second pass of the tracer.
Singlar value decomposition (SVD)
Deconvolution with singular value decomposition (SVD) is used to create quantitative maps of Cerebral Blood Flow (CBF), Cerebral Blood Volume (CBV) and Mean Transit Time (MTT).

Input the first image of PWI data with Dicom format.
Total time points
It is the total of measurements for PWI data. Program can automatically input from the Dicom header information.
It is the total of slice number in each measurement for PWI data. Program can automatically input from the Dicom header information.
It is the repetition time for PWI data. Program can automatically input from the Dicom header information..
It is the echo time for PWI data. Program can automatically input from the Dicom header information..
Smooth the imaging
It is the option for user to choose. It can improve the image using the spatial sliding window.
input spatial filtering size
User can select the sliding window size, for example, 1 for 3 x 3 filter size, and 2 for 5 x 5 filter size, ..., .
Threshold of masking the image
It is the option for user to choose. It can remove the background noise.
Low resolution or High resolution
User can choose either low resolution or high resolution based on the PWI data acquisition to remove the background noise. Low resolution is for in-plane resolution bigger than 1mm x 1mm. High resolution is for in-plane resolution equal to or less than 1mm x 1mm.
CBV, CBF, MTT Output
After finishing process, the results are saved in the original PWI data folder. Some of the major maps will pop-up. They are in analyze format.
